Becker Lane Organic is pleased to offer pork direct from the farm via our Farm-to-You Community Supported Agriculture Program. This program is an affordable and convenient way of supplying you with pork that is raised organically, ethically, sustainably, and humanely. Members of the CSA are part of our farm community and participate in a methodology of food production that ensures the best use and preservation of all natural resources within the local ecosystem. Not only will you receive the best quality pork delivered to your door, you will also guarantee the farmer the capital he needs to bring his animals from pasture to market.

Program Details

You may enroll in the program at any time. Your pork will be flash frozen the day of production and arrive to you on the first Wednesday of each month of the enrollment period via FedEx Overnight for delivery without signature. Please be certain that you are able to receive the shipment, and that deliveries left without signature will be secure. Your order will enroll you for automatic monthly shipments for the term of subscription. There is no need to re-order each month.

Two Options for Size

10 lbs. Organic Pork - Each month you will receive a variety of Berkshire Pork products (approximately 10 lbs.) produced by Becker Lane Organic. The shipment will include at least three items that you can braise, roast, or grill.

20 lbs. Organic Pork - Each month you will receive an assortment of Berkshire Pork products (approximately 20 lbs.) produced by Becker Lane Organic. The shipment will include items from each category: Braise, Roast and Grill.

Becker Lane espouses a "whole animal" theory of pork consumption; every part of the animal is prized and delicious. We will select the contents of your shipment with care from the items listed below. You will receive a variety of cuts to allow for creativity in the kitchen.

Your subscription includes a "Farm-to-You" monthly email Newsletter. The email will remind you of the ship date for your pork and also provide tips and recipes from our chef supporters and staff. You'll also get farm updates and invitations to members-only events.

Three Options to Pay

Monthly - Upon enrollment, you will be charged for the first shipment only and then your credit card will be charged monthly just prior to shipment through the six-month subscription term.

6 Months - You pay upon enrollment for 6 monthly shipments of pork (Shipping is still charged monthly to ensure you receive the best rates).

12 Months - You pay upon enrollment for 12 months of pork (shipping is charged monthly to ensure you receive the best rates). At this level you are "Practically a Pig Farmer." With the twelve month subscription, you receive the greatest savings, and also become a true supporter of the farm and steward of organic practices.
